From November 16, 2019 (Saturday) to January 5, 2020 (Sunday), the Ueno Artist Project 2019 \u201cA Look for Children\u201d<\/strong><\/span> will be held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum in Ueno<\/span> .<\/p>\n

The Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum is called the \u201cHometown for Public Exhibitions\u201d and is popular as a place for the presentation of works by many public organizations.
\nSince 2017, the \u201cUeno Artist Project Series\u201d has been developed, which introduces contemporary artists who are active in public recruitment organizations by setting a theme every year.
\nThis year, the third edition, will be held under the theme of \u201cA look toward children\u201d.
\nChildren have captured the hearts of many writers as an attractive motif.
\nIn childhood, everyone experiences, and artists create works with their own thoughts.
\nVarious images of children are layered there, which leads to the \u201cfeelings for children\u201d in the audience.
\nPlease enjoy the diverse world of children expressed by 6 artists, from young to veteran.<\/p>\n

On weekdays during the \u201cChildren’s Eyes\u201d exhibition, we will implement a program corresponding to the school curriculum.
\nWe will have a meeting with the teachers in advance so that the children can independently appreciate.
\nOn the day of the event, you will enjoy the exhibition works with curators and art communicators, and then make a museum book using special tools.<\/p>\n

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours
\nTarget: Elementary, middle, high and special support schools (accepted from club activities and class units, including special support classes)
