In the title "UENOYES", "NO" and "YES" are included. It means that there are no obstacles, and from children to adults, "NO" and "YES" of everything across races and countries are included. "UENOYES" is a project that develops a variety of programs throughout the year and sends it to the world from Ueno, but this time "UENOYES balloon DAYS 2018" will be held as a kick event.
I participated in the opening guide tour for the press concerned that was held on the 28th of the first day, so I will report on that.

A lively sound reverberates in the square. Performance & workshop by sound artist Takashi Nishihara and painter Fujiwara Ryuhei. Dialogue with artists who have disabilities in their eyes and ears, workshops are held in which participants who previously invited public attention looking at eyes, ears, limbs and how to use their bodies. Tohoku and Ueno, El Instante Hoshikuzu Yatai

Ueno Park attracts a lot of people every day as a place for relaxation, but has a water storage tank in the premises, it becomes a shelter in the event of a disaster. This program will give us a chance to talk about Ueno Park from a viewpoint as a shelter, to talk about what happens and how to survive.
In addition to the programs introduced above, there are plenty of projects that you can feel free to participate in the art experience. While enjoying the art, it seems that some kind of awareness about the earthquake disaster and connection with people can be obtained.
